In reality, I am consuming olive oil, eating Feta cheese, green salad, spaghetti Bolonaise, Pizza, etc' all with a lot of cholesterol, no change in ED

Try to spread Bolonaise sauce on your friend and see what's happening

Anyway, Did you know that spaghetti Bolonaise does not actually exist? I'm from the city that named the dish (Bologna), but if you try to ask inhabitant for this dish it would probably not understand what are you talking about. It looks just a foreign copy or something like that of some typical dish (maybe tagliatelle with ragù).

I was sure that the name is coming from Bologna and is a typical spaghetti there.
Same as I am/was sure that the spaghetti Napolitana is from Napoli.
