My current Oral protocol and what else should I add?

I am now on

Pentox 4 to 6 x 400
Cialis 2.5 mgs

Uro prescribed vit e and potaba but I did not follow his advice. I was on the phone with him a couple of days ago and expressed my concerns. He said vit e is needed in combinations with the penis extender. I am waiting the penis extender. Will vit e make difference? About potaba he said that it is the only one with indication from european urology association. I told him that the 2015 American urology association has discredited potaba and vit. He said well we have differences and gave me an example for another disease.

So the questions is this. I will be adding carnitine arginine and cq10. Should I listen to him and add vit e and potaba or will it be a waste. Also potaba is very expensive as you know but will it be usefull?

You was advised already and told, I suppose you are not reading the answers:
* We have very few members that posted positive results regarding Potaba.
* We have no any member that reported improvements from vitamin E.
I am proposing you to make a forum search for the mentioned above instead to repeat your question!

Not many Uros prescribe Potaba nowadays. Pentox is preferred. If. As James suggested, you read the facts and opinions on Potaba you will see that it requires high doses to have any benefit. There are also many side affects. You should not be taking both Potaba & Pentox at the same time, anyway. My advice, stick with the Pentox. Vit E won't harm you, may even be of general health benefit. Will it do anything for your Peyronies?  Highly unlikely!

I have made extensive research in the forum. I am on pentox and cialis and because uro said potaba has indication take it at 12 grams a day I will be adding for now which is the beginning.

Old man took a lot of it and saw nothing as well as many others.

I will be adding nolvadex 2 x 20mgs. And I forgot to mention I added arginin.
