Im a new member from Portugal.

SOMEONE OF PORTUGAL IN THIS FORUM ??
Where to find a good  Portuguese urologists experienced in Peyronie´s disease ??

About a month or two ago I checked with a mixture of astonishment and horror that my erect penis ached and was bent too sharply just below the glans (not measure but I think it would have about 45 degree.)

Didnt know what was that but on the internet I found out that Peyronie's disease was probably the cause. I confirmed this self diagnosis because I feel a plaque something hard below the glans (with the flaccid penis). I also read that sometimes this Peyronie's disease is associated with Dupuytren's Disease and checked the palm of my hand and then I noticed a protruding lump exactly as it appears in this photo.

As for Peyronie's disease I think maybe it is now in a early stage (acute) as the curvature symptom is new (about a month or two).
However I have no pain when the penis is flaccid and only a slight pain when erect and curved 30degrees. (The curvature stabilized at about 30 degrees.)

Of course, I should first go to a urologist, but my problem is that in Portugal, where I live, I do not know any urologist with REAL experience in this disease. Those who I found in the Internet just speak in generalities, are poorly specific and mainly write about drastic solutions (surgery and so on)
I want to avoid at this stage.

I read in this forum that the sooner I take medication the better !
I do not want to waste time with a urologist who is not experienced and I want to drive me for "pseudo-cures" (type wait and see) or medicines that he himself has no real experience with.

I read on this forum about the cocktails PAV or CAP, which I feel are a good starting point. Therefore I would like to start with a doctor who is open to that cocktails, but I do not know any doctor in Portugal which could prescribe me those products.

I do not know if I should buy these drugs online without prescription, given the fake drugs sold in internet, and given the adverse effects or contraindications of some of these products.

Meanwhile I am even afraid to get my penis erected and see that it is still curved !! I need advice ! Could anybody Help ?....
