Hi all,
My name is Bruno.
I am looking at plication in about three weeks and have read a great deal about the procedure. I see that one of the side effects is shortening. Does anyone have experiences to share on this? Do penile traction devices really work?

Jonbinspain

Yes, it is a side effect as the penis is straightened by surgical correction on the unaffected side.

How long have you had Peyronies? Have you tried any other remedies?  And how bad is your curvature - approx degree of curvature?   Is sex still possible?

Sorry to ask so many questions. Here surgery is considered to be the last resort here if all else has failed or the curvature is so bad as to make any form of normal sexual relations impossible.
