I am 18 years old and have had ED problems for as long as I can remember atlas 3 years. I am unable to get erections and do not wake up erected. My penis is usually in a shrunk and tensed up or hardened state. I masturbated a lot when i was younger and was wondering if maybe that is my problem. My penis is bent to the left and twisted and has a narrowing hourglass type shape at the type and an occasional lump on the right side with bulging veins. I have cut down masturbation to none or les then 1 time per week. I am seeing a physical therapist for pelvic floor tension and currently take gallium suppositories but nothing is helping. If you have any advice, questions or answers it would be greatly appreciated. Here are pictures of my penis

From what you are detailing, it may be Peyronies but no one on the forum can diagnose you as we are not doctors (the vast majority)
I am proposing you to get to an urologist, preferable a Peyronies specialist to be diagnosed and start treatment.
You may find one close to you in the link bellow:

Proposing you also to read as much as you can on the forum to understand better this disease.

It's good that you are seeing a physical therapist for pelvic muscle tension as the contracted hardened state seems to be caused by tense pelvic muscles (I have this problem too and this is definitely the cause in me, at least).  Did the therapist notice any tension problems?

I don't know if the erection problems could be related to this or not.  It's really hard for us to tell you what's going on just from your post.  Anyways, I'm sorry you are dealing with these problems.  My penis has about 10 different problems at this point... used to have none.

Are you unable to get erections at all?  So you masturbate flaccid?
