 :) First of all hi to everyone.
I have recently been diagnosed with this disease (peyronies) and to honest I had never heard of it till this happened, I'm 48 year old and found lumps in the shaft of penis! Along with pain and a slight curve. Scared the sh*t out of me to be honest ! Anyways went to doc who basically said yeah looks like Peyronie's disease ? But that's about all ? Got on some vitiam E along with something called msm, msm was referred as a good natural anti inflammatory and all round super supplement? And reading in some forums about vitiam E, my short story so far so hope to get to know a few of you and try add my pennies worth  :)

Ash66;

If you can, find another Urologist. Vit E won't harm you, but it will do nothing for Peyronies. MSM there are mixed opinions about.

I would suggest that you read all you can here about the various supp,events, medications, etc that are most highly regarded. Pentox is the medication you want, but it requires a prescription in the UK, I believe.  Look at using Citrulline Malate, ALC, Ubiquinol, and low dose Cialis, if you can get it.

For the curvature, read up on VED & Traction therapy.

The time to fight this is now. Vit E ain't going to do it!...

How the doctor diagnosed you Ash66? By watching you penis?
I will second Jonbinspain, find an other urologist that know how to diagnose Peyronies and how to treat it.

Appreciate the help guys, and I have been looking through the forum, so much information ! Will have another word with doc and see if he can prescribe the pentox etc, basically he is unwilling or unsure of what to do ? But will try my best to educate him with info from here
, thanks again

Absolutely.  If you are after an Rx treatment, you need a Dr who know how to diagnose this properly.  I'm new here myself, so have no such resources, but I believe there are some references here somewhere to Peyronies Disease aware physicians?  I've had to educate my own Dr when it came to my pain medicine, and he's an older man who's been practicing for a while.  You'd think he'd have it down pat by now.  :)
