What does exactly do a part of make you being hard?
Does it really help to recover or stop the scarring or it just let's you be hard?
Because if that's the case it doesn't make sense to take it without being close to have sex...

And last and maybe most important: Will I be able to get the same erections when I stop taking it? I didn't have trouble in that sense and I'm afraid my body get's used to that med and not work by itself...
Thanks for your opinions,

question has been answered before.
if you're talking about DAILY 2.5 - 5 mg answer is: YES it does prevent scarring and preserves / improves potency. night time erections are important / essential for penile health.
NO you will not get "used to it". erections will be IMPROVED after taking C. for a long time.

Cialis shuts off the "gate" which keeps nitric oxide IN the penis. Actually, pentox, even caffeine do the same thing, though weaker at doing so. Pentox is taken to suppress TGF-beta, the inflammatory cytokine behind scarring and peyronie's. Cialis has been shown to prevent fibrosis in the penis, no doubt by increasing the amount of nitric oxide available to it, but another mechanism may exist. While the only supplement around with the same effect as Cialis is Horn Goat Weed, it would be wise to take the other route, and increase nitric oxide through other means, by increasing it through Arginine, Citrulline, or a few other not too important supplements.

Personally, I recommend Citrulline, and Pine Bark Extract (or Grape Seed extract which is cheaper) to all peyronie's sufferers. This is the route to go if you want to increase nitric oxide in the penis while not taking prescription drugs. While ginseng and horny goat weed and some other supplements have some reported effects on erections, nothing is quite like Citrulline. Increasing plasma levels of arginine is a MUST.

Increasing plasma arginine levels does have a lasting effect on the body.
