Since diagnosis, with no drugs or traction/pump, pain mostly ceased and curvature went from (est) 45 degree to maybe 10 degrees. Now noticed a circular dent around shaft, and restricting flow near circumcision scar. Like I put a rubber band on it. lost haft length and girth above indention.....scared here, input would be greatly appreciated...thanks guys

 Guess my question is the band indention around penis..is this a typical condition?

I don't know if it is typical.... but others here have that as well. The easiest explanation is that a band of plaque has possibly formed all the way around the shaft of your penis.

Heavens no.  Don't give into worst case scenario thinking.  I think for most of us, worst case scenario means an implant.  And you talk to a guy who has one of those and you can't wipe the grin off their face, so hardly the end of the world. In fact, for most, it's a new beginning.  

But again - don't go there. Work on improving your condition, not "borrowing trouble" imagining the worst.

Hard to do, I know - but you gotta get your head right to deal with Peyronies Disease.
