Aside from the usual "oh take l-arginine pentox and cialis/ved" are there any things that can specifically be beneficial BEFORE calcification?

For example is verapamil possibly more effective when the plaque is NOT calcified? Has any of this been specifically looked into? There are studies saying verapamil isn't that effective but who did they use it on? Older men with calcified plaques? Or a bunch of young men that just got peyronie's.
Because that matters for sure.

So are there any other possible medications or injections that could be MORE beneficial before calcification? I'm assuming an early xiaflex shot could cure peyronies?

Edit: Another question i have. I noticed a LOT of all the injections (all of them) in some sort of way "reshape" or "disintegrate" the peyronie's plaque. The most common symptom after this is a "dent". Wouldn't that make it POINTLESS to get the injection? I mean think about it-

Let's say you have a building with a bad wall on one side. You say "hey, instead of replacing this old wall (the plaque) let's just sledgehammer it!" so boom you hit it with  a hammer, now you have a dent in the side of the building which will lead to the building's demise.

Wouldn't the same applies to putting verapamil or xiaflex or anything into the plaque? If you delete the plaque or mess with it or shrink it in any sort of a way and are left with a "dent" your penis will just continue to bend that direction but now cause theres a huge dent in it!

Am i wrong?

Pentox.

As an adenosine receptor blocker, it should be the first line treatment for preventing plaque formation.

With regards to your last point, the scar tissue is actually preventing healthy tissue from growing into that gap.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

Not sure where you are getting your information but for sure Varapamil and Xiaflex is supposed to be more effective on non-calcified plaque. In fact, men with calcified plaque were deemed not eligible for the Xiaflex clinical trials.

I was not putting the Verapamil and Xiaflex injections in the same basket.
Verapamil injections have very few (if at all) positive reports on the forum.
Xiaflex injections have many positive reports on the forum.
