My name is Aaron and had peyronies for over a year starting in 2013. My erections were very painful and with more than a 45 degree bend. Sex was impossible with my wife, but struggled through it many times. For myself I had to fix this. I went to a specialist in Cleveland where I had surgery at the end of 2014. Although it corrected the curve the pain is still there, and was told it will go away in one year. Its a different kind of pain, mainly inside where the stitches are, sharp pain. My regrets, I was told it will shorten the size of my unit, and the information was correct. I reduced more than 50% and now in great depression. I now see a psychiatrist and a therapist and taking many drugs because of the long road of pain and now I suffer. I do NOT recommend this to correct this disease.

Sorry for your suffering and the negative results from your surgery.
On this forum, surgery of any kind, is considered the last resort and is advised just if no other treatments help.
Can you give us some more details regarding your symptoms?
Lost of 50% length is huge, it just second time I read about such lost. Usually the lost is between "0" to maximum 1".
Who was the surgeon?

Aaron,

If you had surgery at the end of 2014, that would have only been a few months ago at most. From the experiences I have read about on this forum, it takes months of recovery to get back to full size, the reason being is that the penis is degloved during surgery and it takes a long time for healing.

It's possible that the VED protocol may be helpful to you when you are fully healed. Good luck and keep us posted on any improvements.
