So I've done a lot of research and have seen that Pentox is not a silver bullet, but it can help. But a lot of the articles I've ready I haven't been able to understand exactly what stage Pentox is most useful in.

My questions are:

1) Is Pentox likely most effective in the acute stage with no plaque/minimally sized plaque?
2) Are there studies showing that Pentox will have a significantly high percentage of preventing progression (not providing a cure, but providing prevention in early stage patients)?

At this point I am not looking for a cure. My curve is only about 10-15 degrees, pain is minimal, no pain on erections, no plaques, 4 months since injury. I just want a way to prevent progression, I don't care about curing it.

Pentox helped many in both the acute stage and after stabilizing also. It helps with the pain and stop the progression of the disease, even reversing the symptoms.
It is also reducing the curve in many cases.
Pentox efficiency is higher in the acute stage.

You are registered as female. Pentox can help you also, but as you don't have Peyronies, will help with blood flow and oxygen supply to the thinnest veins.
By the way, what is your connection to Peyronies?
