well I wanted honest suggestions on my congenital curvature. Im getting surgery soon and I'm having second thoughts...I wanted honest opinions on my CC..I personally think it looks terrible and causes bad confidence problems. I just want to see wht others think and if im over reacting..

Oh okay thanks. I have a question though. Do girls actually care that much about a 30 degree lateral congenital curvature and and uncircumcised penis? I'm about 6 inches but I'm developing insecurities about my curved/uncut penis. I live in the States.

I'm seriously considering getting plication surgery along with the adult circumcision, my penis would look so good after and I would feel so much more confident. Although it currently works fine, I can have sex so this is technically cosmetic.....how much do girls actually care about this? its quite ugly in my opinion...but maybe I'm being an idiot?

Thanks

If you want insurance to cover it, then you have to state some type of issue like inability to have sex, etc.

Generally a 30-40 degree curve is borderline as far as causing problems. So the doctor will ask you if you have any problems with sex/intercourse. Just saying you don't like the way it looks may not be enough.

And of course there are risks with any surgery.

I dunno. But there are some famous porn stars with some pretty serious lateral (Jake Steed is famous for it) and dorsal (Marc Wallice) curves. And I think they've scored lots more than any of us are likely to.

When my penis first started to curve up, I said, well, hell, I'm turning into Marc Wallice. A living G-Spot dildo. But then it started to ache when I came, and so I Goggled "curved penis," and ran into the term "Peyronie's." I read the definitions and symptoms and said, "Oh."

As it turned out, I wasn't turning into a porn star. Banging it around hard is no longer an option. (Banging it around hard is probably how I got here. I've had a lot of pretty rough sex.)

You might be a future porn star, though. Or if not that, you may find girls who think you are exactly the right shape--especially if she is on her back and you are laying on your side.

I'm not joking, bro. Google "G-Spot Vibrator" and take a look. You might find you are really popular. Some people here have reported that their partners really liked their dorsal curves.

In any case, I don't think I'd get surgery! Geez! It will probably make you smaller, is likely to have complications, and just generally is something I would consider only as a last resort to cure a disease.

And, I'm circumcized, but if I wasn't, I wouldn't even consider having it done. I don't mind having no foreskin, but the last thing I want is somebody coming at Mr Happy with sharp objects.

I've met a lot of girls who were really self-conscious about their nipples (too small, too big around, too soft, too pointy). They worry about this a lot...just like guys worry about their dicks.

Trust me on this: Learn to use it right, and treat the the ladies well, and they'll love it better than any other penis in the world.

Biliousfawn23,

I had a natural dorsal curve to begin with before developing Peyronies. When I was at the about the 30 degree angle my wife was going crazy when we had intercourse. As some have stated I was hitting places that hadn't been hit normally. If it wasn't for the curve progressing to a point where I was in pain and eventually couldn't even find a position to have intercourse I would never have gotten surgery.

Most girls aren't concerned with how the penis looks. One conversation I overheard with my wife and her friends had they said a penis overall is just plain unattractive to begin with. That doesn't mean they don't like what it can do but as a visual to focus on... I am not so sure they care. Secondly as we used to say in high school "it's not the angle in the dangle that counts but the heat in the meat".  Basically how a person interacts means more to a lady than the appearance of the penis. Just my honest opinion.

I would not recommend surgery to correct what you may feel is a cosmetic flaw vs a functionality flaw. To very different beasts. This comes from my surgeon. " Anytime the penis is altered through surgery it's integrity is compromised to some degree".  His message was that my bend could be fixed but it may come at the cost of not being able to maintain an erection in 10 yrs.

I would always vote Functionality over appearance any time. Besides I can't think of many occasions where I wasn't having intercourse in a dark atmosphere or fumbling around under the covers.

I know when it comes to our penis confidence is a big mental thing. I used to take confidence in the fact my ladies never seemed to be wanting. Once again I am nothing more than average in size.

I conclusion I would not have surgery at this time with what you have provided for information. Be honest with your partner about what your dealing with and you may find that the only person bothered by those flaws is you.
