plaques and pain

Hi,

Plaque # 1 : One year one, in stable condition. Creating moderate dent on its side of penis. I can feel a hard peanut size plaque with no pain at all.

Plaque # 2 : My old plaque of 3 years is reduced in size about 70% and dent on that side gone. Pain was totally gone but since last one year it is tiny calcified. I feel mild pain every time I got natural erection and such pain remains about hours. Pain remains few hours after sex. My pain come back due to calcification? Is it considered plaque is not stable?
