Hey Gang,

Hope everyone's doing well and fighting the good fight (as we do, and must)

Just saw top doc and Peyroies surgeon in Toronto, put me on Pentox, Arganine and Viagara cocktail.. well, here's the thing, this cocktail isnt very pleasant in terms of side effect ( in my case).. what's more, we have to talk about the reality of these non surgical, and frankly, even surgical treatments.. and that reality is simply this: there is no cure for Peyronies.. there are only high risk treatment options with unpredictable outcomes. we're all essentially f'~c<+d at the moment. I'm dealing with a greater than 90 degree curvature, hourglass as well.. I'm 35. the situation in effect, is ridiculous and devastating both personally and for my wife as well.  I'm not here to be negative, in fact I limit my posts because I do not wish to discourage others.. as we're all suffering here. The fact is though, you had better cover the realistic outcome with your partner as to ensure there are no false expectations. Be clear - and don't take my word for it - go and read the medical literature.. there's nothing specifically and predictable effective in resolving our problem. This is game of both psychological and physical. For me personally, I'm not going to play this game - I'm going to go for broke and opt for surgery as soon as it's available. In the end, I may have either a straight cigarette size penis or a non functional one altogether. But in any case, I'm going for broke. Please be clear.. aside from the great bunch of guys of this forum.. we're on our own to fight this. Medicine simply doesn't have an answer at this time. That's the plain truth, and everything else is BS.  - go and read. dig deep into the latest literature.  Why do I say this here? Not to discourage... but to help you cope. Dont BS yourself.. the sooner you can accept this reality, the sooner you can adjust your lifestyle and marriage accordingly.

Best of luck to you my brothers. Push forward, and push hard.

and by the way.. I dont want support.  I want a solution. I dont want hear about traction devices. if you have has Peyronies with more than 90 degrees curvature and hourglass and you've been able to fix your problem than I'd love to hear from you. Otherwise, I appreciate the flowers but no thanks.

taking L-ARGININE with  Sildenafil (Viagra) can lower blood pressure. L-arginine can also lower blood pressure. Taking sildenafil and L-arginine together might cause the blood pressure to go too low. Blood pressure that is too low can cause dizziness and other side effects. Theres a doctor in ottawa who is one of the best known peyronies disease specialist. I felt the same way as you and kinda do but doing nothing is worst. Also exhaust everything before you even think to go for surgery because surgery is a last resort and is not something the doctor or patient are not in a rush too do.

Thanks Noway -

I appreciate it. Sorry for the neg post last night. some days are better (or worse) than others in terms of my coping.. as you know.

The pharmacists said I'd get used to the PAV cocktail.. side effects will improve. So I'll give it my best..
