I have a hard time enjoying my sports recently because I can feel my penis in shrinking as it probabaly normally would.. however with peyronies I know its important to keep it full.

Peoples thoughts?

Thanks

I have experienced this discomfort as well. I avoid taking walks because of this and hiking was a huge part of my life...
What helped me a little is before physical exertion to take 5 mg instead of 2.5 mg of my daily Cialis.. increasing blood flow, less discomfort.
It's not a long term solution though..

I have a near constant phobia of my penis not being full and warm. I hate the cold because of that. The problem is that I'm a hot blooded guy and I like cold air around me but my penis doesn't appreciate it. I keep heating up the rice sock and applying it to my penis.

I would argue that the overall cardiovascular benefits of exercise, some of which benefit the penis, outweigh the temporary discomfort of shrinkage. 30 minutes of shrinkage due to exercise is not going to cause any harm, especially if you are doing other things to treat peyronie's like taking meds, using VED, etc.

Obviously if you are doing a contact sport, wear a cup. Injuries due to sports are another issue.

I'm with Skjaldborg on this one. The benefit of sports and/or exercise is going to far out weigh any draw backs of your blood being temporally pull from your penis to support your body during physical activity. I run and lift about 3 times a week and I use my anger against Peyronies Disease to fuel my workouts to an intense frenzy. It not only assists in keeping me as healthy as possible, it keeps me strong, looking as good as possible and increases my sense of self worth to help deal with my situation.

I don't believe we need to keep our junked all pumped up 24/7...how could that really matter?

Good to hear gentleman.

im in austria right now skiing with my  brothers. its been hard to enjoy it because it seems to hurt sometimes when I'm on the slopes. will do my best to enjoy it more tomorrow.!!

I completely understand that, I'm in pain more than I'm not these days. I try to use activities just to take my mind off it.

Enjoy the slopes!
