pentox,cialis,others at the same time?

Do you guys think is safe to take pentox,cialis 5mg,coq10,acetyl-l-carnitine,propolis at the same time, at lunch for example.

I just started taking pycnogenol, but I'm thinking about stopping because it says it may provoke the immune system,while pentox may suppress so there may be an interaction.

I do not take Cialis but I have been taking all the rest in the morning and night for 4.5 months.  I has not affected me.

I don't know if it is safe or not.
What I am doing is starting adding drugs/supplements one by one and in small quantity to see how my body reacts.

If I add couple of more suppliments, I am going to start using the spoon.

In my opinion, one should minimize the intake of medications and supplements to the really necessary ones.
