Most of posts on the forum say the VED prevents loss of length and girth.  It stops progression.  It helps ED.  The posts rarely mention that it helps the curve.

I only have dorsal curve.  So far no loss of length or girth.  I do not have ED.  So far I have no progression.  I started the 26 week single cylinder VED schedule a week ago.  I just want to make sure it also helps the curve.  Has anyone seen improvement with the curve due to VED.

Yes, it does help curve. The idea is that it molds you back to shape by forcing you straight and allowing more blood to flow through the stretched side, the short side.

I will second Norm. Have many posts on the forum that mention straitening the curve.
By the way, as I understand, the 3 cylinders helps more on this issue.
Write a PM to Old Man, I am sure he will be happy to clarify this point.
If you didn't lost any length or girth, using the VED will ensure you will stay there :)

Hello Litani,

My name is Jeff, and, like you, I have the curve.

I started with this disease about eight months ago but it came with pain too, the pain has now gone, I still have the girth and length but with an upward curve and hour glassing about a third way up my penis.

After reading the section on VED's I have recently bought a three cylinder VED (it's the only professional looking one I could find here in the UK) to try and sort out the curve. Cylinder A is a waste of time as I can't fit the little chap inside  ;). I am on day four using cylinder B for five min's and then onto cylinder C for five min's. I think it has straightened the little chap slightly but I'm not getting too excited as this could be my imagination. I know that this is slow and steady progression (thinking more tortoise than hare!).

I have read many posts on here, some positive, some not so positive but I am not going to let this beat me.

Stick with it matey and we can all beat this.

Will keep posting updates every two weeks or so to let anyone know how it's going as we all need encouragement.

Best wishes

Shippo.

keep up the daily VED exercise it will help the curve and help keep you from loosing penile size. With the hourglassing it may take a little longer. The key is do it every day for 15 minutes.

Old Man is the pro here. He helped me in my desperation about 7 years ago. He can direct and advise you. He is a great guy all you have to do is send him a PM.

Good Luck, Stay with if for the long haul, you will be glad you did.

Shippo,
I agree that sticking with the program is the key to success with the VED. That is something I am sorely lacking in. I just have so much trouble finding the time. I can say that when I do use it often, my guy seems to hang a little fuller and straighter. I know that if I worked diligently at it that I could see some improvement. But like any normal human, I want a cure right this minute and I want it to be easy. I hope I can encourage you to stay with it better than I encourage myself. You are on the right path. Keep it up! ( no pun intended).

I have been doing VED 15 minutes a day like it is my job.  It has been 3 weeks.  I have not measured yet but it definitely hangs a lot fuller.  Will let you know soon.

Marking the VED with a felt tip pen every couple of weeks will help you keep up with your progress.

I developed a routine every night I would tell my wife I was going to do my exercise. I would go the master bathroom and get comfortable on a stool there.  My wife almost never bothered me. I told her I had nothing to hide but she respected my privacy.

Jackp,

Noted that you say "get comfortable on a stool", I'm sure I've read on here that this exercises must be done stood up. Does it matter which position we do this exercise? I've just tried it laid on my bed last night and found this very comfortable rather than stood.

Any thoughts by other posters???

Gentlemen- My VED is marked and I have lost no length. Even with the 45% dorsal curve, I measure at full erection the same length as I was before the curve. I believe the VED in conjunction with traction and other oral therapy for sure has helped to straiten the curve. The 30% twist to the right I once had, is gone and the dorsal is slightly better or at least arrested. Regards Inkhorn

Jeff

I did start standing up and then sitting on a stool, because of my back problems.  In my opinion, standing, laying on the bed or what ever position you desire just so long as you do not break the seal.

Inkhorn

Great you are not loosing size and the curve is starting to straighten.   :)
