Hello.  I am 61, good health, no meds.  I noticed an indentation in my erect penis about 3 weeks ago. It doesn't hurt, sex is fine, morning erections still.  Seems like an injury.  I can feel a small split pea sized nodule where it indents.  No curvature.  I am considering tx it with cold laser and a chinese linament that works on injury.  There are other means of treating collagen fibers that are crossed or scarred. Any one have a similar experience?  Any help, ideas or prior experience would be appreciated.

Jzim;

You say it sounds like an injury. Do you not remember if you injured your penis or not?  Either way, the best primary advice would be to see a competent urologist ASAP. If it is indeed Peyronies, then it is vital that you start treatment immediately. The disease is normally progressive, and can rapidly worsen without treatment.

I will second Jonbinspain.
You should start treatment as soon as you can.
Don't let this disease to progress. I didn't made any treatment for 3 years and the results are devastating.
I got it at same age (61), stated same as you are stating.

jzim- Dig in, I too got peyronies at 61 and started aggressive treatment in the first 6 months. The curve to the right is gone and the dorsal 45% is at least arrested.Waste no time, research here, ask and get busy. Regards Inkhorn
