Ill keep this very short and informal.

1 week ago today i rolled over on in bed with a rock solid full erection and felt like an abrupt bend between the head and middle area of the penis, im reluctant to use the word "snap". There was little to no initial pain maybe a slight sensation, I lost my erection shortly after (was trying to get to sleep anyway).

The next day it was slightly sore, no bruising or redness but it was tender and slightly irritating/painful i left it alone. On the second day I masturbated for exploratory purposes  it took a while to get up but it should be noted i did have some anxiety associated with it, also there was a slight bend in the transition from semi erect to fully erect which was not there before, but eventually when fully erect the bend was hardly visible if at all, but still remained fairly tender. Ejaculation was fine, there was a warm sensation where the "bend" occurred as I ejaculated but otherwise was fine. pain was noticeably increased from a mild sensation/discomfort to a medium level of pain (enough to make me walk with caution) at which point  i went to the doctors office. They ruled out penis fracture because of the lack of bruising/severe swelling ( i saw both an ER dr and my family dr) and said even if it was  a miss diagnosis the 48 hour window for treatment has passed.

I took a break from masturbation for as long as i could which apparently is 5 days with a very similiar perhaps slightly more painful experience, noticing the curve until full erection is reached. As I'm typing this now there is static pain with spikes of sharp pain or throbbing and moving the afflicted area is quite painful and it seems to have resistance.

So im applying ice for the first time, and taking vitamin E, the earliest I can get in to see a urologist is Dec 17th (yay Canada) im looking for any other methods to minimize the effects and potential complications/developments I'm pretty worried right now, I appreciate all advice, thanks in advance.

PS: sorry for my sentence structure I am not a word scientist

As is your introduction post, I had moved your topic to introduce yourself, you will get more attention on this board.
You have stated in your post that:
QuoteThey ruled out penis fracture because of the lack of bruising/severe swelling ( i saw both an ER dr and my family dr) and said even if it was  a miss diagnosis the 48 hour window for treatment has passed.
I think they diagnosis and NO treatment is wrong. In my opinion both doctors don't understand what penile fracture is and how to treat it. Your symptoms are fracture symptoms in my opinion and you should get treatment as soon as you can that it will not develop to Peyronies.
Read as much as you can on the forum before your appointment (Dec. 17 is almost three months from now) and start treatment as soon as you can. If financially you can, try to find a Peyronies specialist close to you at:

I hope some other forum members will jump in with some advice's regarding treatment.
Some member had good results with oral medications, Pentox, low dose Cialis (2.5 mg, not for erection) and CoQ10
