Hello peyronie brothers. question for you.
I am 29 year old and I've got Peyronies for 2 years now.
my question concerns pain while orgasm or just not fun at all -
like no element of pleasure is there.
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE IT OR KNOWS ABOUT THE CONNECTION TO PEYRONIES?

thanx

I have pain after but not during. It is caused by inflammation in my case.  I guess you have not seen a doctor. Have you tried any form of treatment yet?

Like funnyfarm, my orgasms can cause a lot of pain as well as inflammation throughout the penis, I also do not have pain during. Could you describe your symptoms a bit more in detail?

No pain with an orgasm, for me. It's just getting there that's the problem. Most definitely a loss of sensation. With Cialis I can stay hard for literally hours, but getting to a climax is not easy. Sometimes I make it, sometimes not.

I have pain during orgasm, as well as pain where other plaques are.  I wonder if it could be caused by a plaque on the underside, it seems like my pain is near the urethra on the underside near top.  I haven't heard much about this condition though and am just starting treatment.

I'm really sorry to hear that wounded duck.

During orgasm our body can kegel too hard, and trap too much blood in the penis too quickly. This combined with plaque can hurt and probably cause more damage. I recommend you avoid squeezing your PC muscles (kegeling) during sex and masturbation at all costs. Also make sure you are as hard as possible and not having sex or masturbating with a less than hard penis. I also recommend not sitting during masturbation, and drinking a lot of fluid to assist seamen volume. Try to relax and do not rush or force an orgasm.

All this might seem out of nowhere, but I do have painful orgasms from time to time and all the above makes the entire difference. For me, clenching my PCs somehow exhausts or over pumps my pelvic muscles so when I do orgasm I get a kind of over filled penis. There is some problem with the blood flow it seems. I can avoid this if I am careful. Try the above, it helps me and seems to help others with post ejaculatory pain. It certainly seems to help me with ejaculatory pain as well though somewhat inconsistent.

Experiment, and try not masturbating or having sex for a bit.

All these steps have helped me as well.   I also think clenching puts added stress on the prostate which contributes to the pain.
