Hi I am 44 years old and diagnosed with peyronies by a urologist. He recommended Vitamin E (400mg twice per day). My PCP was concerned about the dose so I never went through with the whole treatment (believe it was 90 days). Anyway, I have been taking a natural supplement, CoQ10 but switching to Ubiquinol, was taking L-arginine (2g/day) but was causing constipation so I am down to only when I work out (3xweek). The natural supplement, which I can't name here, has L-arginine as it's first ingredient and has helped tremendously with erection. I do have problems with certain positions while having intercourse, like on top, and the frustrating part is the diminished size of my erections, that sucks! But I am hopeful it can get somewhat better, and surgery is definitely out of the question!

Thanks for the support. I have been searching quite a bit on this site, very helpful. My biggest problem is the curvature of my penis making it difficult at times to penetrate when I am hard.

The only additional think I can say, get on Pentox.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine will help also.
