Price of Cialis

I'm a little confused.  Yesterday I switched to a new urologist and asked if he would continue my prescriptions from my previous doctor (pentox and daily Cialis) and he will.  However when my pharmacy called to say it is ready for pickup, it is the 5mg daily Cialis, not the 2.5mg which I've always taken.  At first I thought I'd have it corrected, but turns out it is about the same cost as the lower dose for 30 pills.

Shouldn't the price be doubled?  This is all out of pocket cost to me.  If the price is the same Ill take the higher dose, even though I know the positive Cialis study was done with the lower dose of 2.5mg.  Heck I can always cut them in half too if I can save this much.

It's supply and demand at work.

Probably not a big demand for the 2.5 mg so the price is gonna be higher. You can do what the other guys here suggest: Get the 5 mg and cut it in half. I just cut mine 10 minutes ago.

If the 2.5 gives you satisfactory results, then by all means, cut your 5ers in half. You will get twice the doses for the same price.

That is the standard point of the PAF cocktail prescribed by hundreds, maybe thousands of urologists.

My insurance company won't pay for mine. Anybody else have luck in getting these paid for by their insurance?

I am having the same trouble with my insurance.  If anyone knows where I can get some please let me know.  I can't afford the price of the 5mg pills.

Your urologist may have a bunch of samples he can give you. Check with him. And, you can always do a Google search for "free discount prescription drug card" and you'll come across discount cards that will get you a much better price at your local pharmacy. I got this one:

Using that discount card, I get a 30 day supply of the 5 mg Cialis for $129.26 at the Kmart pharmacy.

The price of the 20mg Cialis is lower than the 5mg. Don't understand why.
I am cutting the 20mg in 4 pcs, in the past 5 or 6. Is a tricky job, but can be done with a very sharp knife, attention on positioning and a fast stroke.

I'm looking into buying this stuff in bulk from India. I've already had quotes of around 20c per 20mg pill + shipping. Minimum would be somewhere around 500 - 1000 pills. This is for Tadalafil.

I have bought them online from india in much smaller qty's for about 2.00/ea for 20mg pills, never a problem with efficacy.    However I have read about counterfeits.  They retail in India for 25-50 cents each, depending on the brand,  so for such a low price, you are taking a chance of being disappointed.   The tadafil's are fine, providing they are the real deal..

I bought mine from Riverfarmacy and they are OK, supplied from India.
I am not promoting Riverfarmacy, just had good experience with them regarding Pentox and Cialis.
I wish they had supplements also.

Let us know your experience with them. Any good source is welcome, for me in any case because I am paying from my pocket.
Is inhouse pharmacy shipping from India also?
Are they shipping everywhere in the world?
Are they reliable?
Do you bought medications from them?

An other question:
Someone know a reliable source for supplements that are shipping via US Parcel Post? Much cheaper than UPS, FEDEX, etc' and very cheap here to get them out. UPS, FEDEX etc' charging me locally $50 to $100 in addition to what I have paid for the door to door shipment.

Yes, like yourself I pay for all meds out of pocket.  Due to the high cost in the USA I normally order online or cross the border and buy in Mexico.

I have purchased several times from inhouse.  They are good but like, any online pharmacy, things get lost in customs sometimes.  I am told if you are in the US this happen about 10% of the time.  I have never had one lost but there are cases where the package did not arrive for 6 weeks (due to customs, not the pharmacy).  I had ordered pentox from river.  I am fortunate in that I live close to the border, so I can get the stuff in mexico if there is a big delay.  Bottom line,  order well in advance, and order several months worth minimum.

Everything ships from Vanuatu, and is usually sourced from manufacturers in the USA or Australia.   I have bought cialis several times from them, but get the pentox from river as it is cheaper and I prefer the Avantis Indian Pentox to others for reasons I have explained before.

You can check the website to see where they ship.   Again, they are reliable, but only as reliable as the customs office you are dealing with. I do not use them but I also noticed caverjet and verapamil injection vials for sale. If a package gets lost they claim they will reimburse you.

BTW all pharmacies that ship to the USA use US parcel post.  UPS and Fedex can not ship from offshore pharmacies to the USA as they have been prohibitted by our government.  However since you are not in the US, I don't see how this would be an option for you.  If you find an online pharmacy based in the US (unlikely) it will be very expensive.  We pay a fortune for drugs here due to the pharma cartel and their close ties to the fda.  So to be honest I am puzzled why you are inquiring about US parcel post ?

Regarding US Parcel Post, have this option on riverfarmcy and I have chose it.
I get the pack in two weeks and I pay customs of $12.5 in the local post office for a 600*400mg Pentox.
For less costly shipment with UPS and FedEx I have paid ones $50 and ones $80 locally in addition to the prepaid shipment for less costly goods. They charge for customs and handling!!!

Okay, I guess I was mistaken, us parcel post does not have to originate or arrive in the US.. I know with inhouse the shipping is free to the USA, but not sure about europe. good luck
