This is my story in the short form.  About two years ago all attempts at sexual intercoarse did not work.  In the past I have used Viagra and Cialis which eventually quit working.

During my research I found this site; what a relief!  It provided my wife and I with a whole lot of support in many ways.
The female portion was very helpful for my wife to better understand what was going on.

To make a long story shorter about 6 months ago I had an implant.  I am 75 and my wife is 71 yrs. and we are again enjoying intimacy and sexual intercoarse plus  many other side benefits.

To the sites sponsors/owners and all others contributing THANK YOU!!!

I was asked to give a few more details on my experience hope this will help.  About 25 yrs. ago at about age 50 I woke up one morning with the last two inches on my penis pointing about 10 degrees to the right. Went to my regular doctor who sent me to a urologist who said I had a case of peyronies.  Only treatment he offered was to do nothing and hope it would take care of itself or surgery.  It sure wasn't a hard decision to make as when he said surgery I started sweating bullets.

My wife and I continued to have sex for the next 20 yrs.without any problems and the penis did eventually go straight.
However mother nature took over and started to give me a challenge or two.  For about 5-6 yrs. Cialis and Viagra worked very well.  Then things really went down the tube as they say.

On the next annual exam my doctor said my testosterone was at 70.  When asked he said this was on the low end of the average for a male of my age.  The way he answered other questions I needed to see a urologist soon! Finally got a prescription for Androgel and now have my rating up to an average of 325.  Sure feel much better, have more energy and interest in sex.

Had to go through a few tests and then had surgery about 6 months ago. We are sure glad I did it as my wife of 53 yrs. and I are very satisfied with the outcome.  This site was especially helpful at the beginning and continues to be so.

My health is very good at this time. Have the usual age related problems which I try to keep on top of by exercising, walking about 4 miles a week and spending about 4 hrs. a week in the gym.

I had my surgery at Virginia Mason hospital in Seattle, WA.  The hospital has a highly recommended urology dept. in the Seattle Metro area. This was my second surgery there and would be my first choice if I have to have another surgery. Urologist is Dr.  Alvaro Lucioni -- phone 206.341.0502.
