Since diagnosis with peyronies about 2 years ago I have had occasional bouts of non infectious urethritis.  I date the first episode to an overzealous physical exam including pinching my penis/urethra.

Subsequent episodes have been after traction or Ved use.

More recently I am contending with symptoms, but cannot determine cause.  Further this has lingered for 3 weeks.

The cause may be
1.ejaculation into curved urethra
2. and or long duration (very hard) erections pulling urethra

no sex in 10 months so infection unlikely.  Possible yeast infection in urethra post antibiotics.

Any insight would be appreciated

I would appreciate any commentary

I have "non infectious chronic prostatitis" which is essentially the same thing.  Basically the doctors do not know what causes it.  And in my case too most of the pain is also in the urethra, burning, which is worse after ejaculation.

I don't have much to add unfortunately, other than to mention the two times I tried using a VED I had excruciating pain for days after.

Unfortunately mine never goes away so consider yourself lucky.. If you have not already done so, make sure you psa is normal and prostate is not enlarged.   Any problem with the prostate can cause the urethra pain since they are connected and prostate problems are much more common.  I have had all kinds of tests including cystoscopy and everything always comes up negative so I have lost all hope for a conventional solution.

This is condition is tough to deal with, as there is very little out there in terms of info or support.
When you are in tune with the unknown, the known is peaceful.

You have the Cronic Pelvic Pain; prostate doesn't matter, it's a pelvic floor's problem.
VED and traction worsen symptoms because they stimulate a sore area with a lot of inner trigger points.
To understand the problem read "A Headache in the pelvis", 6th Edition.
