Hi, I'm 34 years old.  I noticed a small curve in my penis around 6-7 months ago.  At first it was insignificant but now it seems it's getting worse.  I have approx 1 inch or more which is "infected" plus I've lost around 1 inch in size  :(.  I believe I have something around a 45 degree curve.  Till now I don't feel pain when I have sex with my wife however having the bottom half much thinner than the top part is pretty ugly.  I'm losing my confidence and feel my sex life with my wife is slowly getting worse   :'(.  I have been surfing the net for some treatment but most sites are just trying to sell and I don't want to waste money on pills which will not help.

Can you please give me some advice?  And thank you for this forum.

Hi Zetjun,

Try to go to a urologist who will prescribe Pentoxifylline (also known as pentox or Trental). Cialis and viagra have also been shown as helpful for reducing inflammation and preventing scar tissue growth. Some on this forum use a VED (vacuum erection devices) to help restore some size and shape. Read through the rest of the forums on treatments and feel free to ask specific questions. Good luck!

Have many things you can do to fight this disease. You must to be proactive and begin treatment as soon as you can.
My daily treatment is:
3*400mg Pentox (Trental), if too much side effects 2*400mg.
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 4 pcs)
2*500mg Acetyl L-Carnitine will increase soon to 3*500mg
2*1000mg L-Arginine
3*100mg Ubiquinol, ( you are younger than 40, you may use 3*100mg CoQ10, much cheaper)
VED, 20 minutes
With his treatment (like all the others except surgery) you can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.
I will advise you first to read the forum to understand what people are doing to fight this disease and how the above medications/supplements are helping with Peyronies.
