Hello,

I'm 33 age old and from Spain, single. First, my english is poor, so I hope that I can explain myself. I start with pain and upward curvature in the beginning of 2011. The curvature had gone and the pain, today, is low. I have three lumps:

-1 right side 3/4

-1 left side bigger wich reaches the middle of the shaft

-1 harder near the base of the shaft, in the dorsal zone.

Also I developed some ED. I have nocturnal erections but with worse quality. I lost lenght in erections too.

I went to a uro who confirm Peyronie but he can't do anything.

This week I start a treatment with Pentox and L-Arginine.

I have also a anxiety disorder. I'm on paroxetine from more than ten years. Psychologically, I'm pretty devastated, with no hope and low self-estime. I have nightmares plenty of implants and other worse case scenarios.

Now, I trying to know the cause of my ED with another doctor, if is on my mind or what.

Thanks for all who contribute to this helpful forum.

Regards

swolf

I also have problems with anxiety but I have been managing it with a supplement called Stabilium, originally recommended by George of the forum, along with other things. It works wonderfully. I take two capsules every morning, though I could probably manage with a lesser amount. It is a product of France so it should be available in Spain. It's on this Spanish website so at the very least it is available over the internet: http://www.elherbolarioonline.es/stabilium-complemento-alimenticio-antiestres-kiluva (it is much cheaper from Amazon France here but maybe shipping is more?) It costs me about $25 U.S. a month which is a small price to pay for the level of help it provides.

Exercise and a simple healthy diet are essential and should help to alleviate your psychological symptoms too. Pentox is the recommended treatment around here, so you should give that a try for as many months as you can. The VED is also highly recommended, sub-forum here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,38.0.html.

Thanks, swolf

Stabilium, I'll give a try. Currently, I'm on treatment with a psychiatrist and with a terapist, on paroxetine and lorazepam. This whole thing of Peyronie aggravated my anxiety and depression.

I quitted tobacco for almost a year and I'm planning do some swimming and walking in order to maintain me in a healthy condition.

I'll be on Pentox and L-Arginine for some months, hoping for an improvement. If I can see a good doctor, I'll tell him about the VED.

I have to take care of my psychological state. Coping with this condition is very hard to me.

Acetyl L-Carnitine and CoQ10 are the other recommended supplements. If you want to give the VED a try I would skip the doctor, unless you are under a health plan that might help you get one free or cheap. If you can afford it, this one is recommended: http://www.diabetessupplies4less.com/94009701.html. That web site is reputable and ships internationally ("You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.") Once you have that you can modify it with industrial plastic tubing to create a three cylinder VED. Plastic tubing is readily available over the internet here in the U.S., but if it isn't where you are, I have a little extra I could cut to the correct lengths and mail to you. Let me know via PM.

I think the key to that is physical exercise and diet, and other things like limiting time sitting, staring at electronics or the internet, being inside too much, etc. Getting adequate sunlight and fresh air help take the edge off. Just throw yourself into activities, swimming or whatever. Thinking is not always the answer. Thinking needs to be balanced with action. Balance in everything.

I can't thanks you enough all your recommendations. While i'm on pentox and supplements, I'm going to think and do research about the VED, cause I'm a noob about these devices.

Your response has been very supportive.

A good daily treatment in my opinion will include:
3*400mg Pentox (Trental), if have side effects 2*400mg
4mg Cialis (cutting the 20mg in 5 pcs)
2*1000mg L-Arginine
3*100mg CoQ10
3*500mg L-Cartinine
VED, 20 minutes
You can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

Many thanks, James. I'll buy Cartinine and CoQ10 in order to add them to Pentox and Arginine. Hope all this works.

I'm very grateful, gentlemen
