I have been dealing with Peyronies for 4+ yrs. Have tried many treatments, 6 shots of verapamil, stretching, vitamin E with and w/o DMSO, L'arginine, neprinol in varying doses up to as many as 12 pills per day. All to no avail. It sounds like hypothermia treatments were the most successful in reversing the disease. However, I see very little information published since the 2005 sample test and treatment. Can anyone explain why? The verapamil shots and vitamin E treatments many urologists recommend seems to be of little or no help.

Welcome to the forum.
Proposing you to read "Alternative Treatments of Peyronie's Disease > HYPERTHERMIA - Infrared light & Heating therapy", you may find some answers to your question.
Regarding treatments, I can write you what I am doing, based on the information I have collected on this forum.
Daily treatment:
2*400mg Pentox (3*400mg Pentox if you don't have side effects)
4mg Cialis
2*1000mg L-Arginine
2*100mg Ubiquinol.
VED 20 minutes
The treatment above is a marathon, not a sprint. You should begin to see results after at least six months.

Harrison,

Welcome to the forum.  Hopefully this will be the place you will find real support and the information you need to make progress.

Here are the links to the topic James suggested.  The fist link is a condensed version or "Highlights".  The second link is a topic on Hyperthermia.  It has 6 pages so you may want to go to the earliest post and start reading.

You say you have done stretching but do not elaborate.  I think either the VED or traction done correctly and persistently generates results in most case.  Please be aware that hyperthermia carries risks if not followed precisely. It is also my persona opinion that it is far less likely to reverse deformity if used alone rather than with "stretching", PAV cocktail etc.
