Implant info needed please

So my urologist says I need a implant. I have  90 degree curve, ED and wasting (hr glass).  Does anyone have experience with the Coloplast Titan OTR implant? What is the best unit? Will I lose girth with implant? It seems spontaety is out the window. Other than the orgasm, do you have good sensation in your shaft during intercouse? How much different does sex feel with one? thanks alot
