Took a while to feel up to writing this, My way of dealing with this has been to try and forget about it... but strangely that didnt work...
So, had an accident during intercourse, hurt a bit, but I thought it'd been fine. Noticed a lump after a while so I went to the doc who referred me to a private urologist. That was feb 2011. He diagnosed Peronies.. He pretty much said, could get better, could get worst, take 2 weeks of anti-infammatories and come back in 6 months and look it up on google.. I pretty much gave up after that, I tried to forget and hoped it would go away.
I'm so greatful to my girlfriend who listened, waited, got me to try some different things eg acetl L carnitine(that seemed to steady or at least slow it) but I only took it for 4 months, she said I shouldnt stay on it too long. Anyway to try and cut a very long story short, I went into the public system and after waiting a year and getting a whole lot worse, I saw a urologist. They put me on Potaba, and said there's no specialsit in my country....
So for that and other reasons, I've moved to the UK. They've been more helpful over here, only that they're waiting for the report to be sent from my country before they refer me.. now if only they'd answer that phone..
sorry for the rant, the whole medical system combined with this disease can be frustrating
Anyway, I've had a quick look at the forum.. finally something to grapple with
I do have a question, I dont know if anyone can help with:
My worry or fear is that sex or spanking one off (as they say) can cause more swelling that normal and which can last for a while. I think that this could be damaging and may add to inflamation or alteration of plaque. Any ideas?

Not just in your country have incompetent doctors and bad health care system. Most of us have encountered those things.

Regarding your question:
QuoteMy worry or fear is that sex or spanking one off (as they say) can cause more swelling that normal and which can last for a while. I think that this could be damaging and may add to inflammation or alteration of plaque.
you are right, for this reason have to be more carefull doing sex if you have Peyronies.
From the other side, if you don't have pain and your partner don't have discomfort, my opinion is to have sex much as you can. Use it or lose it in my opinion.  ;D Other people may think different.

I also think that you should begin some treatment as soon as possible. My daily treatment as for now is:
VED 20 minutes
Pentox 2*400mg
5mg Cialis
2*100mg Ubiquinol
2*1000mg L-Arginine
Important to treat peyronies soon as possible
