Hello everyone. What a frustrating problem we have.

I had a perfectly shaped penis and now this. It started off as a small dimple, and progressed into a slight curve (maybe 5-10 degrees) and my penis does not fill up all the way on the right side.

I am currently seeing a urologist with experience in Peyronie's and have an Rx for Pentoxifylline ER 400mg 3 times a day, plus Cialis.

He has recommended the US PhysioMED "Medical-Grade Extender" and the flyer says it is registered with the FDA as a Type 1, OTC Medical Device.

I am skeptical about it, but part of the reason why I joined this forum. I have high hopes for Xiaflex this year and hope my condition does not worsen. My first urologist gave me the "Wait and see" response, which I found unacceptable.

This is definitely a hit to my confidence, and I hope I can get my old penis back, as funny as that sounds.

No, your are not sounds funny wanting your old penis back ;D
Many of us, maybe all of us want the same. Welcome to the forum  8)
You are lucky to find a doctor that have knowledge in the subject. Many of us don't.

How long time you have the disease? If you are in the acute state, things like Pentox may help. Your bent of 5-10 degree is not much, the Pentox and the Cialis may help to stop the disease progress and even revers it. What is the dosage of daily Cialis you are taking? The uro prescribe it as daily usage or just for intercourse? It is helping you to
Quotefill up all the way on the right side
?
Additional L-Arginine 1000mg per day and 2 or 3 CoQ10 daily may help also if added to the treatment.
The extender you get subscription for may help also.

If your plaque is not calcified, good chance that Xiaflex will help (with the correct doctor).

I have had it about a year. I first noticed the small 'dimple' approximately a year ago. It did not get worse (slight bend) until July or August of last year. In November of December of last year my girlfriend really noticed a difference and I had some slight pain. So it didn't really start to affect me until Nov/Dec. (Problems with sex)

I am taking 5mg of Cialis once daily. I think this is to help with the filling up on the right side, although my Uro thinks plaque is the likely suspect. I am scheduled for a Penile Duplex Ultrasound at the end of the month to establish a baseline and see what I am dealing with.

I am taking 3000mg of L-Ariginine per day, per my Uro.

How would the doctor know if it is calcified or not? Will the ultrasound show that?

I think you are lucky finding a competent doctor.
My doctor feeled the plaques and after ultrasound told me that they are calcified.
I suppose the doctors are trained to be able to see in the ultrasound if the plaque is calcified or not.
