Pills, VED, Urologists, diet, exersize.  Face the facts. It's over.   I assessed my situation last night.  My once 7 inch
beautiful tool is now ugly twisted and about 3 1/2 inches.  I have been avoiding looking at it for some time now. Nature can be cruel.  Maybe there is some hope of a cure for younger guys but for me it's over.

Get to one of the great peyronies doctors. I don't know where you live but you may have to travel because there are only 3 or 4 great ones.

You may never be able to attain your original self, that is a sad fact about this horrible disease. But, there is hope and help you just have to find the right doctor to help.

Never - Ever / Never - Ever / Never - Ever / Ever give up. There is help you just have to find the right doctor.

Why bother? Because we are men and we do not give up. Follow Jackp's advice, the man knows what he's talking about. You might be a candidate for surgery that could restore a lot of function, maybe 75% - 90%. Keep in mind there are guys that lose arms and legs and don't get that level of performance back. Go to a male sexual health specialist urologist and get a full work up and ask about your options. Hang in there.

According  to Wikipedia:
QuoteThe first successful procedure was performed in September 2006, at a military hospital in Guangzhou, China. The patient, a 44-year-old male, had sustained the loss of most of his penis in an accident. The transplanted penis came from a brain-dead 22-year-old male. Although successful, the patient and his wife suffered psychological trauma as a result of the procedure, and had the surgery reversed fifteen days later.

So you can see how important psychological mind-set is. Even if given a brand new penis, some guys are just too shaken to the core to move on . . .Best of luck to you.

We are talking on the forum about penile implant and not penile transplant. Is something completely different.

Keep with what Jackp and Skjaldborg wrote. Never give up. Read the posts on the forum and you will see you are not alone.
I lost to Peyronie's 2", you lost 3.5" and mine was also beautiful and now twisted and ugly. The implant Jackp is talking about increasing girth and length.
You can help yourself before the implant by getting on Pentox, L-Arginine and Cialis (or Viagra) and VED. The VED restored me in 5 months almost 0.5". Jackp wrote also you may expect increasing length with the implant up to 20% from your pre-implant length. So every length you can get back before the implant it will help to get a usefull penis length after the implant.

Thanks to all for your replies and personal messages. A little extra support might keep me going.  I couldn't imagine going the implant route at this time but I'm planning on getting more serious with VED.  I'm one who has continous pain from this condition and I'm scared VED could cause more damage (as if things could get any worse).  Sorry for all the drama and I know you guys are just as frustrated with this as I am.
