Placation under skin scar not allowing penitration, hitting a wall.

I am hitting a wall when trying to penetrate.
I previously underwent two penile plication surgeries, 5 years ago, both performed on the same (right) side, to correct Peyronie's curvature. As a result of these procedures, I developed significant tunical bunching, scar thickening, and over‑shortening of the tunica albuginea in that area.  Sex was almost impossible after surgery.

This has created a firm, protruding area of scar tissue that causes a mechanical block during attempted penetration. We often describe it as hitting a "wall." No matter how relaxed or well‑prepared my wife is, the penis cannot advance past that point because of the structural distortion caused by the surgeries. This is a physical limitation on my side, not hers. Now intercourse is impossible.

Corrective Option I have read about
• Releasing or removing the old plication sutures
• Smoothing or excising the bunched tunical tissue
• Reconstructing the tunica (with or without grafting) to restore length and contour
Can I have penile reconstruction without losing senstivity.

Would this surgery is intended to eliminate the mechanical obstruction and allow comfortable penetration again.

Does this sound possible?  Can I get some length back?

Sounds to me it would be worth talking to a urologist about how feasible an implant would be.

You've had 2 plication type surgeries already that clearly didnt work - Do you really want to be going down that road again?

Not really, but I read up on implants, it will make me shorter than i already am. I am about 4.5 erect now. I am at a loss. There must be a good reconstruction MD out there.

Reading up on them isnt the same as discussing it with a skilled and experienced Urologist. At least have the conversation, you've got nothing to lose at this point.
