Question about peyronies progression

Hello, there is high likelihood of me getting diagnosed with peyronies after an upcoming ultrasound. The diagnosis has been difficult because I do not have any visible curvature/deformation, but can feel scar tissue under the penis along with frequent stinging pain. My urologist had never seen peyronies present with no curvature or deformation but he said every other symptom is an indicator. My question is while I am in acute phase, will there be a chance to get curvature and deformation in the future? As of right now im taking ibuprofen and trying to get on cialis. Anything else I should be doing?

Honestly, there is nothing you can do other than wait and see.

If you dont end up getting any curvature or deformities, I would count yourself lucky.

You must first remember that there are a lot of urologists who are not educated or experienced in treating peyronies. Are you currently taking any meds for ED? Do you have any morning erections? Do you have pain? Are erections painful if and when you get them? An ultrasound can sometimes show things and at times not. Curvatures that appear are usually a sign of peyronies. Loosing length to your penis is also a sign
of possible peyronies. Wait for your ultrasound and talk with your Dr. See what he says about traction therapy and VED therapy. Continue to educate yourself on this.
