Implant surgeons/ Peyronies Disease Urologists in Southern California

Hello, I live in southern CA. I am seeking urologists specializing in Peyronies Disease and implant surgeries. I am still functioning, I can achieve erection, I'm doing traction, I'm taking milk thistle, coq10 and L-Cutrilline, but I am so fed up with the flare ups, the pain, the stress, the transient ED from it all. I first got that condition at age 16 and I am 32 now. I don't have any real noticeable curve upon full erection (maybe 5-10 degree). My main complaints are pain, penile tissue retraction, ED etc. I have a more noticeable curve in the semi-erect state, with some girth lost on the left side.

I just want to treat my symptoms with a urologist specializing in Peyronies Disease, and who also does implants if I ever decide to go that route.

I am scheduled to see Dr. Darshan Patel in San Diego, who was referred by my local Urologist. I have both Peyronies Disease and ED and likely looking into a penile implant with him based on the recommendations.


It seems like his practice is mostly ED and Peyronies Disease and does a ton of surgeries for both.

I got an appt with Dr. Yafi in Feb. I have never even tried PDE5 inhibitors yet and have had peyronies for 15-16 yrs. Hopefully those measures work, if not I will go try to go implant route with Dr. Yafi.
