Penis head in clamp

I usually have to go 3 clicks on the clamp with the makeup pads.  To keep from slipping during traction.
 When I am done penis head is really cold. Is this common with you other guys?

I used a USB heat wrap before or afterwards to compensate. Some use a warm towel.

Yes this is normal. I have an email dialogue with Dr. Trost in which he confirmed this is a normal side effect of using it properly.
