Hello,
im in the acute phase of peyronies, circa 2 months in, with noticeable inflammation (hurts when touched), and hard flaccid symptoms.
Is traction therapy be a good idea at this stage, or coud it even cause more inflammation and do more harm than good?

Traction is usually started as early as possible to prevent shortening and loss of girth/size. I started traction when I was about 6 weeks into the acute stage with the PMP. The tension is less than the Restorex and it did help halt any further damage in size loss. Now pain did prevent me from wearing the device at times but I was still very persistent with it. Have you tried heat therapy to help with your pain? It worked wonders for me and I highly suggest it.

Every evening I either use a heated rye bag or take a warm bath. I think the pain reduction from heating is because the overall tissue flexibility is increased so there is less pulling force on the inflamed spots.
Do you think it would make sense to add infrared lamp, is there a difference in the effectiveness/heat of that compared to the things im already doing?

I would really like to try the Restorex device, but its not being sold here in Germany :(
Guess my best option would be Penimaster Pro

I am not sure about the infrared lamp, I guess heat is heat as long as you don't burn yourself.  I would highly recommend getting the PMP if you can as it will help you out a lot if you can adhere to the time investment.
