Shaft Length Plaque

I've been told my shaft length plaque (like a twizzler section fused inside), is "super rare."  There are no images or descriptions like it on the web.  It's measured in inches, not mm or even cm.

Restorex can stretch me, but it quickly returns to pre stretch length and an overall loss of 2" flaccid, and a 90 degree curve starting immediately at the penis base.

Is there anyone out here with something similar?  Any online articles of prognosis and outcome?  Any online images / diagrams fitting this description.

Beginning to think think my Restorex use will not help as plaque size is so far beyond norms.
