Second episode. Cannot handle this

First episode started in 2020. More than a year of active phase. Luckily no big curve but still scarring and ED which came later.
Last two years were quite calm. Of course things were nowhere near pre-peyronie. But with tadalafil things were  "ok"

Two weeks ago a new episode has started. Same place on left side. Inflammation, pain, and severe ED.

What worries me most is that even high dose tadalafil doesnt do the trick currently. Which is the first time ever.

I really could use some help and tips to stop the inflammation and avoid further scarring.

Will tadalafil be more effective once the inflammation stops?

Absolutely devastated currently. I don't think I can handle this a second time.
Any tips for a good urologist in Belgium, please PM. The one I saw in the past were absolutely terrible.

Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

Unfortunately the truth is there is not much that can be done other than VED or Traction. If these don't help the last resort is the implant. I have come to realize this is the way it is with this disease.

I would say Peyronies + ED is the worst case scenario. I see more and more men ending up having to get an implant.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Thats not what I wanted to hear but unfortunately that's indeed the truth.

Regarding VED or traction. I do neither because I never really had a strong curvature. Would these help with improving overall scarring and ED?

Never used traction. Only used VED for a short period so it's too early for me to judge. I hope in the long run it will make a difference with both the curve and the ED. I have an LA pump with a narrow cylinder, quality pump def recommend it.

But ngl, it's definitely a hassle. Keep lubing yourself up while doing all these pumping reps and holds while at the same time being dead focused on not over pumping or causing more damage..

Would love to hear later if you see any improvement with ED

Update for who cares.
Eventually the inflammation stopped.
Aspirin daily, tadalafil, ginger shots, green tea and neprinol. (Neprinol helps for me for inflammation)
Not sure what helped and maybe it stopped itself and none of the meds.

Messed up disease. A flare up is never far away.
One thing is sure for me, overall diet has a lot to do with this.

We do care... Yes diet does help a lot of men in controlling inflammation. Quitting smoking and limiting alcohol reduces a lot of inflammation. Adopting a healthy lifestyle with exercise does wonders mentally and physically.

Benneb, we have all been where you are now. Don't give up hope!
