Hi everyone!

First of all, great initiative for the moderators for creating this forum! Really helpful!

I'm 25 years old, started developing Peyronie's about a year ago. My urologist says my progression is "unusual".  I started having uncomfortable erections when I got hard too fast. Eventually, these turned into painful erections altogether (6 mo ago), to the point where I could not have sex anymore (4 mo ago). One day I noticed a new curvature (3 mo ago, around 30 degrees upwards), and around a month ago it got worse (45-50 degrees).

My erections are still painful and it's really hard to even masturbate. Eventually, the pain goes away while holding an erection for long enough if I'm lucky (penis feels like it's too full of blood if it makes sense?). Was in diclofenac for a month and it only slightly helped with the pain. Started pentoxifylline a month ago and just started using RestoreX this week.

I'm uncut and my foreskin is pretty thin and tight. It's been very hard to clamp the head without it hurting a lot (need to get to the 3rd or 4th click to stay put while stretching). I'll be trying the pads soon so hopefully that helps out. Still, after 2 days of use I got a cut in my frenulum because of the stretching and pulling my foreskin back. Anyone in a similar situation?

Thanks again for creating this forum, great resource!
25 years old. Have had Peyronie's for 6-8 months. Increasingly painful erections (little to no benefit from NSAIDs). Upwards bent of 50° + right 15°. On pentoxifylline for a month and just starting RestoreX.

Welcome to the forum YoungNBent to the forum. Did your urologist give you an erect ultrasound in your diagnosis? There is a break in period with starting any traction device. First week 5 to 1o minutes then add time on after you get use to it. Definitely get the makeup pads as they will help with pain reduction and better gripping action.
There are other members who use Restorex and are uncut. Hopefully some of them will respond.

Welcome aboard! The other moderators pretty much summed it up. I have to add that you are already on traction and that is great. Please have a look at my diary explaining what I went through to get started, with the device.

I personally never read about an injury on the frenulum so I am not really sure...?

Thank you all for your responses!

I did not get an erect ultrasound, only a Doppler ultrasound flaccid. They found no visible plaque in the ultrasound, but they told me this is probably good news since it's not calcified (yet). After I mentioned that the pain had gotten slightly more manageable (no pain when flaccid), my doctor recommended traction even though it still hurts when erect.

Thank you for sharing your experience Pfract! The pictures really help. I've been giving traction a break for now, waiting on the little frenulum cut to heal before trying again, hopefully with the pads and sponges now.
