Hello,

I'm 23 and my symptoms started 4 months ago. My symptoms are pain, which usually only comes after sexual activity or touching certain areas too much. I also seem to have a bit of scar tissue under the head which causes an upwards curve. This tissue feels different, thicker, and the skin is now shiny.

The head of my penis doesn't fill up completely during erections, and neither does the back of my penis. I don't know if this is because of scar tissue or a blood flow issue.

My congenial downward curve has also worsened. I've been to 2 urologists who both said they don't feel any plaques. The curve isn't too bad or anything, but i can definitely tell a difference.

The skin of my penis feels thick and inflamed.

I've also started to have pelvic floor issues. During erections and after nutting my pelvic floor involuntarily tenses up, and sometimes it happens even when i'm not hard.

I assume i should abstain from sexual activity since it only hurts after i touch or use it.

And I assume i have peyronie's even though 2 urologists said they haven't felt any plaque.

Is any scar tissue on the penis considered peyronie's, or could this be something else? I'm pretty concerned about the future of my penis especially when i see words like shrinkage thrown around. I might've lost some girth, but i don't know if it's truly lost or just a blood flow problem.

Welcome Edgemaster to the forum. First line of business is for you to fill out your signature line -->Signature Line . This will give you a better member response to your posts. Then you need to download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This is a comprehensive list about peyronies and it's treatments.

So you have been to 2 urologists. Do you know if they specialize in peyronies? Have you had an erect ultrasound? You very well may need to see a peyronies Dr.

You need to get some preliminary measurements of your penis for future reference. Skin issues are  probably not peyroneis related but internal abnormalities are.

Pelvic floor issues are a real occurrence with some men, I deal with this. I don't know if studies have been done to show a connection between peyronies and such. You need to be evaluated by a pelvic floor specialist. You can also look onto youtube as there are  several good videos pertaining to male pelvic floor issues.

If you are in pain then you need to abstain from sexual activity. You are young though so your hormones are probably at their peak. If you cannot resist then use a lot of lube and be very gentle with masturbation. Pain is an indicator of something not right. Are you having pain in your penis or your pelvic floor? It can be hard to distinguish the two.

You can also look into VED and traction therapy. They can provide some beneficial healing through improved blood flow and stretching the penis. Now is the time to be preventative and not let things regress or shrink up.

How are your erections? Cialis can also help your penis in healing and reducing inflammation. Peyronies is a mystery and you can have plaques or not at times. It is just a healing disorder inside of your penis.

Continue to educate yourself on peyronies and one thing you have in your favor is that you are young and can heal faster than us older guys. Keep a watch on your mental status though and get a plan of action. We have all been down this road and are here to help and share our stories.  :)
