Rosacea - like venectasias on glans and traction

There's a condition called rosacea, which usually impacts the face. It's caused by the blood vessels (venectasias) under the skin, which loose their elasticity over time. They remain open and filled with blood, which causes the skin to become red, sensitive and dry.

I've developed this on the glans of the penis as well, mostly due to warm baths and heat therapy. Erections make it very red, since it fills it up with blood. It's red even when flaccid and dry almost all the time.

I consider getting a traction device with a suction cup, like PMP.

Would that suction cup pull blood into the glans (similar to a vacuum pump)? I'm worried it might worsen my venectasias issue.

Is anyone dealing with this rosacea-like redness on the glans?

I have used the PMP for quite a while along with the Restorex and it does no permanent damage to your glans. As far as the skin condition have you actually been diagnosed with that condition? Also can you please fill out your signature line so we don't have to go investigating your condition.
