I have been dealing with pyronines  and ED for over a year now, I honestly forget how hard my glands were before all this started. My shaft will get very hard like a rock but my glands do not get hard, sometimes they fill up and look quite full but still they are squishy not like the shaft which is hard.

I also noticed a bulge on the underside of my penis when fully erect. Never had this before in my life. Looking back to old pictures I never had this.

Do your glands get rock hard like your shaft? What is considered normal for glands in terms of rigidity?

Should I focus on filling the glands only with the VED or continue pumping the entire penis?

Thank you

I don't know that there is a 'normal', so I would caution how you interpret comments here. Everyone is different. My glans has always been a bit squishy. If you look at a medical anatomy chart you will see the corpora chambers (that make your shaft hard) end up at the base of the glans and it sits on top like a dome.

I have lived with a semi-soft glans ever since my initial occurrence of Peyronies Disease in 2001. And to be honest, it's not a big deal. No girl has ever said she noticed it, and it doesn't inhibit penetration or anything. It's nothing more than a very minor cosmetic issue that only hasn't been a functional problem.

I hope this helps.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

Hey guys thanks for your input. I didn't know that about the shaft. Ya my glands fill up but definitely don't get as hard as the shaft. Maybe I have just forgotten what's normal and what's not. My penis seems forever changed do to this disease. I guess I can be happy it still gets hard tho

Although I cannot say I have ever felt another erect penis, I think everyone's glands are noticeably softer than their shaft during a normal erection.

It is difficult for me to erect the glans 100%, part of my dysfunction is due to Peyronie's, I had an injury just before the glans and also at the base of the penis in the urethra area. Although my penis function got much worse after adult circumcision.
My glans also feels damaged, but that was after doing manual traction when my penis wasn't working properly.
