Hi All and Happy New Years.  I haven't written much since my intro as it's been a mental struggle.  We found a Urologist who specialized in Peyronies Disease/ED here in Atlanta and has been amazing!!  Had my ultrasounds last week and follow up appointment will be next month to review progress and all options.  I also continue treatment to reduce the levels of prolactin produced from the hyperprolactinemia.  Also am on weekly TRT.

So here is what has happened over the past 3 months with regards to the Peyronies Disease:
 - Original 25 degree left curve, just below the glans, is now down to 7 degrees -- YES 7!!  However, it now bends upward also. Slightly corkscrew.  But I can live with this -- honestly.  It functions.
 - Girth seems to have actually slightly improved over what it was prior to Peyronies Disease.  But I don't have an objective "pre-Peyronies Disease" number to compare.  But I have gained 1/4 inch in girth since the onset of Peyronies Disease.
 - Have barely gained 1/4 inch in length from the 1 1/2 lost.  This is what I struggle with the most and has destroyed any confidence I once had.
 - Plaque is large, top of shaft from the glans and feels like 2 inches long.

I have been using the following since September:
RestoreX twice daily and will begin alternating with VED (SomaTherapy single device) tomorrow
Pentoxifylline 1200mg
Cialis 5mg
Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin C – 50mg
Silymarin – 200mg – TWICE PER DAY
Ginkgo biloba – 250mg
Bilberry – 160mg
Propolis – 600mg

CoQ10 – 100mg – TWICE PER DAY
L-arginine – 1000mg – TWICE PER DAY
acetyl-L-carnitine – 1000mg – TWICE PER DAY

Bottom line is that I am not sure which of those is working, but something is.  At least in reducing the curve.

Although I am thankful for the reduction in the curve, I still feel devastated with the loss in length. But I am not giving up.
54 y/o male.  Sudden left curve detected in Sept 2023, about 25°.  Lost about 1 - 1 1/2 in length and girth as well.  Began RestoreX and Antioxidants immediately.  Suffered from Hyperprolactinemia, which caused Low T (below 100) for 4-5 years.

Keep on with therapy and have you looked into trying VED therapy? Traction takes time so don't get discouraged with wanting instant results. I have also been on TRT therapy for the past 20 years. You will feel better when getting your values where they should be. So are you on bromocriptine or cabergoline for the prolactinoma? Hopefully you have an educated DR who knows what tests to perform while on TRT as it usually is for life. I would caution you in taking the milk thistle as it has been known to raise estrogen levels in men and this will completely hamper your TRT therapy. Yes I know that it supposedly helps the liver but it is mostly used in bodybuilders who are injecting massive amounts of testosterone.

Hi Dexter, I'm happy that you have found the right path to recovery, despite a considerable amount of supplements... I take some too, others I don't... could you specifically tell us the brands of each supplement you mentioned? I thank you in advance
