Any benefit doing three 30 minute RestoreX sessions a day?

You will have to try for yourself. I was using two sessions a day and then I tried three and it was difficult to see if things were improving faster or not.

Okay! As long as it's not detrimental I'll step things up to three times a day.

Doctor Trost, the inventor of RestoreX, studied multiple 30-minute sessions per day and found a potential slight advantage compared to doing it only once a day. However, due to the study's limited size, it couldn't definitively confirm this small benefit.

His recommendation emphasized the importance of consistency: it's crucial not to skip days. Making up for a missed day by cramming multiple sessions into other days doesn't yield the same results.

I haven't missed a morning or night session since starting.

But, I've introduced a third session and am considering lengthening my sessions to 45 minutes.

I sure have. Penis is thicker than it's ever been and longer. I no longer look like a child at a shared unirnal.

However, I'm not sure if it's done anything for the bend – which is my greatest fear.

Do you only use it straight or do you also use counter flexion? Do you do 15 minutes straight and 15 minutes counter flexion?

Both straight and curved. But lately I've had pain so had to stop RestoreX treatment. Very much hope I can return.
