Recent Augusta VED product failures?

I don't know what's up, I can't get my recent VED from Augusta to work.
The first one I bought from them I used for over 10 years with no problems!
With this recent order the device doesn't hold pressure and the pump stops working. I'm on the 3rd pump they've sent me just over the last few months! and now we're looking into the cylinder, though I can't see how it could be the cylinder... I can't see any cracks or anything.  

Has anyone had this problem lately?!?!?

Are you sure that the cylinder doesn't have a small crack somewhere? Can you place it underwater and provide some air pressure to see if there are any air bubbles escaping? I had a smaller cylinder that had a crack by the end seal. I took some epoxy and glued it up and it is working fine now.
