Chronic flaccid pain sufferer Here.
When i do my diaphragmatic breathing (deep Belly breathing) Warm-up for pelvic exercises, i feel a very short pain increase and the Moment of inhaling. Also feel the pain / Feeling at the Same time in my Foot then. I have a weird nerve Connection between right Foot And right Side  of the Penis. Very weird, maybe its a spinal nerve involved. Did anyonr with flaccid pain experience the Same Thing?

I have not heard of anything related but I do know that pelvic muscular disorders can make you have referred pain. You can feel it in your leg areas and hip and prostate areas. I fell on a steel pipe and broke my tailbone and at times have to do my stretches to loosen tings up. Nerves can do strange things when it comes to sensitivity and pain transmission.

It does work but takes dedication and effort. I saw improvement after 3 months.
