How are untreated fractures severe ED treated ?

Untreated Penis Fracture in 2018 or 2019 
Soft Erections Unusable for Sex + Soft glans
22 YO constant flaccid & erect pain for 4 Yrs
Issues with frequent Urination + emptying bladder
Upper left curve \ hard area on penis where trauma took place

So are you asking about erections and an untreated fracture? I would assume that the Dr would start with a proper diagnosis with an ultrasound. Then probably give ED meds first.

SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)
