I had peyronies surgery dec.13, 2023, 14 days ago and am a 72 year old married man in very good health. I had a 45 degree bend.  I had ED from radical prostatectomy but sex was fine using viagra and tri-mix.  My only issue was the curvature of the penis.  I am recovering fine.  My surgeon says sex at 6 weeks but hand job is okay at 4 weeks.  I was prescribed cialis at nite at one week to provide nocturnal erections to promote healing.  Due to RP surgery I was not having nocturnal erections.
So I think I am being a bad boy by masterbating after starting cialis.  Every night after 1 week I wake with a bone hard erection and masterbate for 30 minutes with no orgasm.  So I am assuming the pain during the erection is stopping orgasm.  But masterbating sure feels good anyway. I took the opinion that masterbating is okay since I already have a super hard erection.  But I know I am not following the surgeons guideline. But the surgeon has said the concern with sex is accidentally pushing down on the penis putting pressure on the sutures in the shaft and that can be a serious issue if the sutures tear.  So my question is how long after surgery is it possible to have an orgasm with masturbating? I continue 30 minutes each nite at 2 weeks now, sure feels good but no orgasm? Must be too soon due to pain in the sutures by the glans and shaft?

I am following up to my original post, I have had ED for a long time so having a bone hard erection just seemed like a blessing and too good to ignore.  Sorry for spelling masturbate wrong!

After making the decision for the surgery, why be a bad boy and not follow the post surgical instructions. Healing is a slow process. Took me 3-4 months before I felt "back to normal".
