Sorry to hear about your failures in your struggle with peyronies. So I am assuming that when you say that you failed all treatments, was your implant also a failure? Was the Trimix the cause of your peyronies? Who was the Dr that administered your Xiaflex?

This forum is a haven of knowledge for anyone suffering from peyronies and it is great to have you here!

Finally if you are still unhappy with your implant we have Dr Eid here with us as a moderator. His reputation in implant surgery is outstanding and he is also a very caring and  personable individual with his patients.

Good morning. No, the cause I have no explanation. Woke up one morning and there was the dreadful curve. Went to the urologist and was diagnosed with peyronies. I was told to sit and wait for stabilization. I did as instructed and then covid hit. diseased progressed during that time. When it was all over I went back to the urologist and we talked about xiaflex. In order to assess the curve with the goniometer, my doctor used the trimix injection to induce an erection. This led to priapism and probably one of the most painful days of my life. I have done every treatment under the sun. Finally 5 weeks ago I received my implant. Mikel7 it was the best decision of my life. I will share every bit of my experience if I can help people on this forum.
My peyronies journey is finally at an end.

I am very happy with my implant. I am familiar with Dr. Eid and he is legendary. Dr. Fantus from KU med is a master worker. From Baylor which is where I believe the first implant was invented. He has collaborated with Dr. Levin and Paul Perito. I would recommend him to anyone. I am not sure if Dr. Eid is familiar with this surgeon but he is definitely a high volume heavy hitter and I would honestly say at this point and all that I have been through he saved my life. And I mean that literally as I probably would have ended mine. All men on here I am sure have felt this way as Peyronies is psychologically devastating. My heart is with everyone of you on here and I have read this forum for 5 years and now that I am this point in my journey I feel I need to pay it back.
