Traction device that's easy on the gland

My gland skin is sensitive due to venectasias (a cluster of small blood vessels which develop just beneath the skin surface). It's the same condition as facial rosacea.
It also has some deep wrinkles which seemed to worsen due to traction by hand.

What would be some good options? I've seen suction systems (eg PeniMaster), clamp (eg RestoreX) and rings.
Other alternatives?

I'm very new to traction devices and never tried one. I want one that's least traumatic to the gland.
